Tim McLaughlin - Cofounder
Tim is an experienced leader focused on customer success through bridging the business and cultural divides of international teams. Tim has extensive experience working with international teams on four different continents. With 15 years of software industry experience, the last seven Tim has managed Customer Success in the outsourced software development market. He managed a portfolio of 12 customers and maintained an average NPS score of 80 across the portfolio. Additionally, Tim has years of experience with early-stage software companies. Tim has a BA and an MBA from Rice University in Houston, Texas.
Chris Gillan - Cofounder
Chris is a highly successful entrepreneur, executive, investor, and mentor with 25 years of experience in the software industry. As an entrepreneur he has had successful exits at Gazzang and Idera, among others. Chris is a long-time mentor at Capital Factory and ran their Corporate Innovation group for several years. A true international businessman, Chris has outsourcing experience on four continents.
